How we work

No mystery, no jargon, no surprises on the invoice

Most of our clients had never commissioned software, let alone AI, before they met us. Here's exactly what working with us looks like.

A conversation turning into a clear checklist

From first call to first release

  1. 1

    We listen first

A free automation assessment with an engineer. You describe how the business runs; we map your day into what can be captured, processed, decided, notified and reported automatically, and tell you what's worth automating first.

  2. 2

    A plain-language proposal

What we'll build, what it costs, how long it takes, written so that anyone in your office can read it. Fixed scope where possible, honest ranges where not.

  3. 3

    The first 30 days

We build the smallest useful piece first and put it in your hands inside the first month. You'll see progress every week: working software, not status reports.

  4. 4

    Running in parallel, then live

New systems run alongside your old way of working until you trust them. We train your staff ourselves, and go-live happens on a quiet day of your choosing, never during your busy season.

  5. 5

    Long after launch

Software needs tending. We stay on for support and improvements, which is why most of our client relationships are measured in years. And the systems improve with use: forecasts sharpen as your data grows, and we keep tuning.

AI, done carefully

How we put AI to work safely

Foundation first

Clean data, one system of record, live numbers, then AI on top, where it multiplies. That ordering is why the AI features we ship actually get used.

A human in charge

AI drafts, flags and suggests. We design every workflow so anything that touches money, medicine or a customer waits for a person's sign-off.

Your data stays yours

It lives in your database, under your access rules, and we don't use it to build products for anyone else.

Provable by design

Every AI feature comes with a way to check its work (logs, comparisons, plain-language reasons), so a mistake is caught in seconds, not found in an audit.

The kind of screens our clients use every day

From the till to the kitchen to the owner's phone: these are the pieces we build and connect, drawn from systems running in real businesses right now.

POS tablet with QR ordering and a kitchen display
Billing & service: POS, QR ordering, kitchen screens
Live revenue dashboard on desktop and phone
Owner's view: live numbers by hour, product and staff
Connected cloud nodes with backups and security
Under the hood: backed-up data, security built in

Straight answers to fair questions

What does custom software cost?

Less than you might fear, more than an off-the-shelf subscription. Small automations start in the range of a few weeks of work; full systems like a POS or hospital management platform are bigger projects, usually delivered in stages so you pay as each piece goes live. After the first call we'll give you a real number. And if an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, we'll say so.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do. Source code, database, everything. If we ever part ways, you keep the system and any competent team can take it over. We write it and document it with that in mind.

Is our data safe with the AI?

Your data lives in your own database and stays yours. AI features run against it under the same access rules as everything else, and we don't use your data to build products for anyone else. Records that deserve extra care (patients, payments) get it by design.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Sometimes it will, which is why we design workflows so anything that touches money, medicine or a customer needs a person's sign-off. AI drafts, flags and suggests; your team approves. Every suggestion shows its working, so a wrong one is caught in seconds.

Do we need to be "AI-ready" first?

No. Most clients start with billing or records: the boring foundation. Once your data flows through one system, the AI arrives naturally: forecasts, document reading, drafted reports. You don't need to prepare anything except a conversation.

What happens after launch?

We offer a support arrangement sized to your needs, from fix-it-when-it-breaks to a standing monthly retainer with improvements. Either way, when you call, you reach the people who built your system.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

Most of our clients aren't; they run shops, hospitals and schools. Explaining things clearly is part of the job. If we can't explain a decision without jargon, we treat that as our failure, not yours.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. Most projects close the loop around what already exists (the accounting package, spreadsheets, government portals, payment gateways, WhatsApp) rather than replacing everything at once.

Where are you located? Do you work remotely?

Erode, Tamil Nadu and Amsterdam. For projects in and around Tamil Nadu we're happy to come sit in your office. We've found that watching how work actually happens beats any requirements document. Elsewhere, we work remotely with regular calls.

Step 6 · your system, live

Step one is a conversation

The free automation assessment is exactly what it sounds like: an engineer, your questions, and a clear list of what's worth automating first, whoever you build it with.
